"Your Referrals" include some upgraded members. Some of your upgraded referrals may have been "sold" to fill referral purchases made by other members. (After your first 3 sales, 50% of your referrals are used to fill the referral orders of other members.) Some of your upgraded referrals may have been passed up. Many of these referrals will pay you if they upgrade for JBP2, and most will pay you if they upgrade for JBP3. So it's worth providing support to all your upgraded referrals.
If you can do anything to help your referrals become more successful, it will tend to help you earn more. Your successful referrals are more likely to pass sales up to you. They will also be more likely to pay you $57 for JBP2 and $117 for JBP3.
Periodically (maybe once or twice a week), you may want to send your upgraded downline and referrals an email along these lines:

- "Your Downline"; and
- "Your Referrals."
People Who Haven't Completed the Signup Process
