คำถามเกี่ยวกับ JBP Feeder

Note: You don't have to understand the intricacies and complexities of the JBP Feeder system to succeed with JBP. The minimum you need to do to succeed with JBP:

1. Join JBP by opening an account;

2. Set up your AlertPay account and fund it, or link your credit card to it;

3. Upgrade in JBP by making your $10 or $20 payment;

4. Enter your AlertPay email address in the JBP Member Area;

5. Buy and/or sponsor downline members;

6. Study and apply "Upgrade Your Brain" and the "Big Success Breakthrough" -- see "Access Our Products" in your JBP member area;

7. Make JBP's Synergy Surf (JSS) your primary moneymaker.

Q. Why does JBP have a Feeder?
A. With many programs you have to pay the starting amount when you join. The JBP Feeder enables you to join for free. Then you can check to see if people are joining after you. If your Feeder Downline grows, this can make you more confident to upgrade, because some of the people who join after you could become your upgraded referrals who pay you.
So the Feeder makes it easier for new members to join JBP. It makes it easier to sponsor people. The Feeder can also give new members confidence that upgrading is a "good bet."
Typically, with programs similar to JBP, only a small percentage of members upgrade. Because of the power of the JBP Feeder System, about 25% of JBP members upgrade.
Q. What else makes the JBP Feeder such a big breakthrough?
A. It's a "one-dimension powerline." This means that everyone who joins the Feeder is placed under the person who joined most recently.
The JBP system sends free members with at least 10 people repeated emails to encourage them to upgrade, util they either upgrade or delete their accounts.
An upgraded JBP member can buy downline members coming from the Feeder (who have completed the upgrade process in JBP and have made the $10 or $20 payment) starting at a cost of just $5 each, and quickly get into profit.
We use the term "upgrader" for someone who has joined the JBP Feeder, and has followed through by making a $10 or $20 payment to JBP Admin. (The fact that you buy downline members who have already upgraded, is important, because such members have done more than just promising to upgrade.)
This mechanism makes a very powerful marketing approach possible: "You can get into profit with JBP, because you don't have to sponsor anyone. You can buy downline members starting at a cost of just $5 each."
The fact that you buy "upgraders" as downline members, rather than just "promisers," means that you are guaranteed to get paid $5 or $15 when the downline members you buy are delivered (except for your third sale and every 10th sales which are passed up).
Q. I don't understand what the powerline is and what it means to me. Do I also make money from the powerline? If so, how does the power line make me money?
A. It's basically a one-dimensional, communal powerline of free members. People below you in the powerline are potentially available to become your upgraded referrals -- if you recruited some of them, or if you buy upgraded referrals. You don't make money from the powerline, but it does represent potential money for you, if you've upgraded and either sponsored people or purchased downlines.
Q. Where will all these upgraded referrals to buy come from?
A. The JBP principals have large lists to promote to. They also have several websites that attract considerable traffic, to whom JBP is being promoted.
Some major marketers are promoting JBP, and some of their upgraded referrals are made available for purchase by other members.
After JBP's Synergy Surf launches -- see FAQs for "Synergy Surf" and "JBP's Synergy Surf (JSS) Marketing" -- the number of new members joining JBP and upgrading can be expected to increase dramatically.
There's a "50% rule" -- after a member's 3rd sale, 50% of his or her personal upgraded referrals can be bought by other members. A recruiter is paid the purchase price -10% (to cover fees) for any of his or her upgraded referrals purchased by someone else. For strong and compelling reasons why promoters can be happy to "give up" some of their upgraded referrals to help other members, see JBP2 and JBP3.
Note that for JSS, everyone you recruit remains your referral -- the "51% rule" does NOTapply to JSS.
During its prelaunch, when some beta testers started promoting JBP, referral purchase orders were placed for more than 1,000 downline members. As a result of this it became necessary to limit the number of upgraded referrals a JBP member can buy to one (1) per week.
See also the "Referral Queue Reorganization" FAQ.
It's important to realize that if you add 1 person per week to your downline, and your downline members do the same, this will eventually result in substantial earnings -- see"Theoretical Earnings Projection for JustBeenPaid!"
JBP also has a mechanism to limit the total number of upgraded referrals that can be bought during any particular day. If the number of open orders for upgraded referrals bought goes up faster than orders are being filled, then this mechanism can be used to prevent the number of open orders from growing too fast.
Q. How long will it take for my referral order(s) to get filled?
A. In the early days of JBP we allowed "too many" upgraded referrals to be bought. This has created a backlog. The "referral placement algorithm" favors members who don't yet have their first 2 sales, so these can be expected to be filled within a few weeks or months. It could take several more weeks or months to fill orders relating to 3rd and subsequent sales.
Once JSS has launched, expect that upgraded referral orders will be filled much more quickly.
Q. How do you know that all the 10 people in your feeder downline will upgrade? What If I upgraded but they don't upgrade?
A. In practice, about 25% of Feeder members eventually upgrade. If nobody from the first 10 below you upgrade (which practically never happens), then 100 more will soon join in your powerline, and many of them will upgrade.
Q. I have 91 people in my feeder downline. When I purchase downlines, do they come from my feeder downline?
A. They most likely will. However, it's also possible that some will come from your feeder upline. This may happen if you upgrade before some people in your feeder upline.
Q. I have over 200 members in my feeder downline, but only one paid signup. Why is this?
A. Realize that the feeder downline is one dimensional and communal. It's not exlusive or personal to you. To get paid signups you have to recruit people and/or buy upgraded referrals. The people in your feeder downline are potentially available to you when they upgrade -- provided you recruited them or you've purchased downlines.
Q. If the "200 members my feeder downline" are potentially available to all JBP members, what's the point of showing them as "in my downline?"
A. The first point is that there are many new members potentially available to you. The second point is that this mechanism persuades many new members to upgrade. About 25% of JBP members upgrade, compared to a much smaller percentage for most other programs who allow members to join free and later upgrade.
Q. The people who are listed in my Feeder Downline I understand are available for purchase, however, if I do not purchase these people and they DO upgrade, when they upgrade do they automatically become my referrals because they originated from my Feeder Downline?"
A. No. People in your Feeder Downline are potentially available to become your upgraded referrals, if you recruited them. (After your first 3 sales, 50% of your upgraded referrals are used to fill the orders of others who have purchased upgraded referrals.) Also, if you purchase downlines, your order(s) are filled when people in your Feeder Downline upgrade. (Orders can also be filled by upgraders in your Feeder Upline.)
Q. I received an email from you saying it is time to upgrade. I just want to know if your saying that about 25% of 10 members below me will upgrade is no hype and is true? So do I really have 10 members below right as per your "time to upgrade email?"
A. The email is sent as soon as you have 10 people in your feeder downline. Because so many new members are joining JBP, by the time you've received and read the email, the number will almost certainly be higher. About 25% of JBP members upgrade.
Q. What happens after I buy upgraded referrals? Will they show up somewhere for me to track? Will it show in my AlertPay account that I have been credited for it?
A. Your upgraded referral order will be listed under "Downline Purchases" -- see JBP menu. Your AlertPay account will show that you've made a payment for a referral purchase.
Q. I just want to know if I have to upgrade my membership after 10 people sign up under me and also will I have to fund my AlertPay account with $25 first before I can make a profit? I'm just checking around on the Internet hearing different things about the program and need some help to know that I'm making a good investment?
A. We strongly advise that you fund your AlertPay account and upgrade. (You can also use a credit card with your AlertPay account.) The chances are that your investment will be a good one, particularly if the JBP Alexa Chart keeps rising or maintains a high level.
Q. It takes up to 5 days for AlertPay to transfer money into my AlertPay account. Will you keep me in the spot when I signed up, or you will start my initial spot when I upgrade?
A. You stay in the same spot in the Feeder until you either upgrade or delete your account. You don't lose anything by not upgrading immediately, except that it will take you longer to start earning.
Q. I have 250 people in the feeder program and don't see their email addresses for follow up... Do you do follow up?
A. Yes. The JBP system follows up automatically by periodically sending free members in the feeder reminders to upgrade.
Q. Can you list the main problems solved by JBP and its Feeder system?
A. Yes:
  1. MARKETING. About 98% of wannabe online moneymakers fail. A main reason is that success typically requires marketing: persuading prospects to buy something and/or to join and pay for something. JBP and its Feeder make it unnecessary for members to market in order to get into profit. No sponsoring requirements.
  2. UNDERSTANDING. Typically, "98%ers" don't understand enough about any program they join to succeed with it. They may be able to succeed in a job where a boss tells them what to do. But online, where they have to think for themselves, and are subjected to virtually infinite choices, they tend to quickly get lost. JBP and its Feeder include an "Automated Guide" that tells people the next step they need to take.
  3. RISK & MONEY MANAGEMENT. There are "passive programs" that enable people to make money without marketing. Typically, to make significant money with these programs (in the absence of marketing), members need to risk their capital. Most 98%ers lack the understanding to succeed, particularly of risk and money management. Members can start with JBP with less than $50 and never need to risk more.
  4. TIME. Many 98%ers spend a lot of time trying to make money online. They are typically confronted with infinite choices of what steps to learn and take. JBP's "Automated Guide" gives a member a simple instruction, such as: "Your next step is to buy an additional downline member. Click here to do so now!" Members don't have to spend time learning things. They don't even have to understand how JBP works!
  5. GETTING PAID. With most online programs, members are dependent on the company to pay them. They sometimes have to wait a month or more to get paid. They often have to submit withdrawal requests. Sometimes company owners "run with the money." JBP's member-to-member payment system means no waiting to get paid. Also, the company has no admin load associated with payouts to members.
  6. RESIDUAL INCOME. JBP has two mechanisms to faciliate members earning residual income. First, members make renewal payments every three months. Second, potentially each member on your first level passes up his/her third sale and every 10th sales to you. These mechanisms make the sustained growth of residual income possible.
  7. ATTRITION. Many moneymaking programs suffer from most new members dropping out within a month or two because they fail to make the programs profitable for them. With JBP, you need to get just two people on your first level to get into profit. You can buy these two members for just $5 each.
Q. If I buy an upgraded referral, who do I pay?
A. You can order one upgraded referral at a time -- one per week. You pay JBP Admin when you place your order.
When you receive a purchased upgraded referral (as part or all of of your order), the JBP system pays you $5 or $15 (depending on whether the person upgraded for $10 or $20) and also pays the person who recruited the upgraded referral. Making the payment is an automated part of the JBP Feeder system. The amount paid is the purchase price minus 10% (to cover transaction fees).
Q. Can you tell me in more detail how the JBP Feeder works?
A. The following rules are applied:
  1. Until a recruiter has made his first 3 sales, all his or her upgraded referrals are treated as "reserved." After a recruiter has made his first 3 sales, 50% of his or her upgraded referrals are treated as "reserved" and 50% as "unreserved." This means that after your first 3 sales, 50% of your upgraded referrals become available for other members to purchase.
    "Autoreserve" is how the JBP Feeder works. The JBP system will automatically reserve the maximum number of your upgraded referrals in accordance with the rules above and below. When "reserved referrals" upgrade, their recruiter will be their sponsor (except for the recruiter's third sale, and every tenth sale, which are passed up). When "unreserved referrals" upgrade, they may be used to fill "referral buy orders." If unreserved referrals upgrade, and there are no outstanding "referral buy orders," they are treated the same way as reserved referrals.
  2. When a reserved referral decides to upgrade, he or she does so under his or her recruiter -- except for the recruiter's third sale and every 10th sale, which are passed up to the recruiter's sponsor.
  3. Note: A mechanism has been added to reserve specific referrals -- see "Reserve a Referral" in the JBP member area.
  4. If an unreserved referral decides to upgrade, he or she makes a $10 or $20 payment to JBP Admin, becomes an "upgrader," and may then be used to fill an outstanding referral buy order.
    Unreserved referrals who upgrade may be used to fill referral buy orders. If there are no outstanding buy orders, then unreserved referrals will join JBP with their recruiter as sponsor (except for the 3rd sale and every 10th sale, which are passed up).
  5. 75% of unreserved "upgraders" (referrals who have upgraded by making a $10 or $20 payment) are used to fill buy orders of members who don't yet have their first 2 sales.
  6. Remaining unreserved upgraders are used to fill other buy orders on a first-come-first-served basis.
  7. The purchase prices to buy upgraded referrals are specified as follows:
    Cost of Buying Referrals
    SequencePrice
    #1-#3$5
    #4-#6$15
    #7-#10$20
    #11-#20$30
    #21-#30$40
    #31+$50
    The first 3 upgraded referrals you buy cost $5 each. Referrals #4, #5, and #6 cost $15 each. Referrals #7, #8, #9 and #10 cost $20 each. Referrals #11-#20 cost $30 each. Referrals #21-#30 cost $40 each. Referrals #31 and all subsequent ones cost $50 each.
    These prices may be changed from time to time. The purpose of having such a range of prices is to ensure that new members can quickly buy the upgraded referrals they need to get into profit, and that a supply of new upgraded referrals will be available for them to buy. (If the prices are set too low, demand is likely to exceed supply.)
Q. How many upgraded referrals can I buy?
A. One per week.
Q. If I buy a upgraded referral during a particular week, and I want to buy more during subsequent weeks, do the prices start at $5 for the subsequent weeks?
A. No. Suppose you buy 2 upgraded referrals (cost $10 each). Then, the following week, you buy 1 more. The cost will be $5. Then the week after that, you buy 1 more. The cost will be $15.
Q. Can a JBP free member (one who has not yet upgraded) buy upgraded referrals?
A. No. You should first upgrade by making the $10 or $20 payment.
Q. Should a JBP free member start promoting JBP?
A. No. You should first upgrade by making the $10 or $20 payment.
Q. As an active recruiter, why should I give up 50% of my upgraded referrals (after the first three) for others to buy?
A. First, it's quite possible that as a result of the Feeder design, you will sponsor twice as many people (or even more) as you would in the absence of the Feeder. If this is so, you actually gain by giving up some of your upgraded referrals.
Second, you're paid for your upgraded referrals purchased by other members -- you're paid the purchase price -10% (to cover fees).
Third, the Feeder greatly increases the chances of the longterm success of both the JBP program as a whole, and your downline members, earning you more money in the long run.
Fourth, the Feeder greatly increases the chances that members on your first level will make their third sales and pass them up to you, increasing your earnings in the long run. This also applies to your first-level members passing up every 10th sale to you.
For the purposes of JSS, everyone you recruit remains your upgraded referral. You can earn up to $50 per upgraded referral per day -- see "JBP's Synergy Surf (JSS) Marketing" FAQ.
The "altruistic" design of the Feeder -- making it very easy for new members to get into profit -- is intended to be in everyone's personal interest, making JBP more successful for all its members.

JBP2 and JBP3

The addition of JBP2 and JBP3 make JBP potentially much more profitable -- see under "Tutorials," "How JustBeenPaid! Level 2 Works" and "How JustBeenPaid! Level 3 Works."
There are now even stronger and more compelling reasons for sponsors to be satisfied with "giving up" 50% of their recruits (after their first 3 sales) to fill the upgraded referral orders of other members:
  1. "Giving up" some of your recruits in JBP1 to help other members is a major part of what makes JBP work so well in convincing new members to join in droves.
  2. With JBP2, you could earn $10,000 a month or more, if you promote effectively and persistently and you assist your downline.
  3. For JBP2, you "get back" 50% or half of the recruits you "gave up" in JBP1.
  4. With JBP3, you could earn another $10,000 a month or more, if you promote effectively and persistently and you assist your downline.
  5. For JBP3, you "get back" 100% or all of the recruits you "gave up" in JBP1.
