Note: You don't necessarily have to understand the JBP2 & JBP3 FAQ to succeed with JBP. The minimum you need to do to succeed with JBP:
1. Join JBP by opening an account;
2. Set up your AlertPay account and fund it, or link your credit card to it;
3. Upgrade in JBP by making your $10 or $20 payment;
4. Enter your AlertPay email address in the JBP Member Area;
5. Buy and/or sponsor downline members;
6. Study and apply "Upgrade Your Brain" and the "Big Success Breakthrough" -- see "Access Our Products" in your JBP member area;
7. Make JBP's Synergy Surf (JSS) your primary moneymaker.
Q. Why did you add JBP2 and JBP3 to JBP?
A. Before JBP2 and JBP3, the weakest aspect of JBP was that it wasn't profitable enough for major marketers. JBP2 and JBP3 make JBP much more profitable -- under "Tutorials," see "How JustBeenPaid! Level 2 Works" and "How JustBeenPaid! Level 3 Works."
Also, several major marketers objected to "giving up" 50% of their referrals (after their first 3 sales). JBP2 effectively "gives back" to you 50% or half of your referrals that were "sold" in JBP1. JBP3 effectively "gives back" to you 100% or all of your referrals that were "sold" in JBP1.
Q. How do JB2 and JB3 work?
A. See under "Tutorials," "How JustBeenPaid! Level 2 Works" and "How JustBeenPaid! Level 3 Works."
Q. I understand that if I don't upgrade for JBP2, people in my downline could "leapfrog" over me. How does this work?
A. If someone in the JBP1 genealogy upgrades for JBP2, the system will look for the first person in the JBP1 upline who has upgraded for JBP2, and the upgrade will happen "under" that person. If the upgrade becomes a sale to be passed up, it will be passed up to the next person in the JBP1 upline who has upgraded for JBP2.
We're doing this in the the most practical way by always applying the general rule of looking up the JBP1 upline to find the first person in the upline who has upgraded for JBP2.
For JBP2 the "starting point" of the upgrade changes, depending on the sequence. The first upgrade of a recruiter's "sold" referrals starts "under" the recruiter. If the recruiter hasn't upgraded for JBP2, then the system finds the first person in the upline who has upgraded for JBP2.
The second upgrade of a recruiter's "sold" upgraded referrals starts "under" the JBP1 sponsor (the member to whom the upgraded referral was "sold"). If this member hasn't upgraded for JBP2, then the system finds the first person in the upline who has upgraded for JBP2.
"First" here refers to the first person found when looking up from the bottom of the genealogy.
Q. If I only have purchased downlines in my downline, why should I upgrade for JBP2?
A. One or more of the purchased downlines could upgrade and pay you $57, if you've upgraded. Also, anyone who upgrades under you for JBP2, could generate additional $57 payments for you because of sales being passed up. If you don't upgrade, you could lose out on potential JBP2 earnings.
Q. If I only have purchased downlines in my downline, why should I upgrade for JBP3?
A. These purchased downlines could at any time sponsor people, some of whom could be passed up to you in JBP1. Any of them (except those passed up for JBP3 -- 3rd sale and every 5th sale thereafter) -- could potentially generate $117 payments for you. If you don't upgrade, you could lose out on potential JBP3 earnings.
Q. If I have nobody in my downline, why should I upgrade for JBP2 or JBP3?
A. The most prudent approach is to wait until you have one or two people in your downline before you upgrade for JBP2 and JBP3. However, realize that if you've purchased downlines. and you don't upgrade for JBP2 and JBP3, then new members could be placed under you. Some of these new members could immediately upgrade for JBP2 (and even JBP3), leapfrogging over you.
Q. If I have recruited a bunch of people who were "sold" in JBP1, why should I stay in communication with them and provide assistance to them?
A. In JBP2 half of your recruits that were "sold" in JBP1 "come back" to you. If these people succeed with JBP1, they're more likely to upgrade for JBP2, and pay you $57 (unless they're passed up).
In JBP3 all of your recruits that were "sold" in JBP1 "come back" to you. If these people succeed with JBP1, they're more likely to upgrade for JBP3, and pay you $117 (unless they're passed up).
JBP1 is primarily a "general-purpose downline builder." You promote other products, services, and programs to your downline. Under "Tutorials," see "How to Maximize Your Earnings with JustBeenPaid!"
Q. JBP 2&3 SOUND GOOD, but I'm not much of a promoter, so why should I join? Are you giving my members in JBP1 to their original referrers so they will not follow me into JBP1 if I join JBP2?
A. JBP2 and JBP3 don't change how JBP1 works. Your JBP1 referrals remain your JBP1 referrals. Your joining JBP2 won't change how your JBP1 works. If you don't upgrade for JBP2, and some of your JBP1 referrals do upgrade for JBP2, they'll leapfrog over you regarding JBP2, and you'll lose out on $57 payments that will go to someone in your JBP1 upline (who has upgraded for JBP2) instead.
Q. I don't quite understand the logic of creating 2 new programs when the original is just getting off the ground. Why do you think it's a wise idea for me to buy into new programs until I see more results from the original?
A. The main idea for adding JBP2 and JBP3 is to make JBP much more worthwhile and profitable for strong promoters to promote. More promotion will improve the results of JBP1. You can wait till you have more people in your JBP1 downline, before you upgrade for JBP2.
However, realize that if someone below you leapfrogs over you regarding JBP2, you don't lose just the $57 sale, you also lose all the sales that member would have passed up to you.
