Note: You don't necessarily have to understand all of the General FAQ to succeed with JBP. The minimum you need to do to succeed with JBP:
1. Join JBP by opening an account;
2. Set up your AlertPay account and fund it, or link your credit card to it;
3. Upgrade in JBP by making your $10 or $20 payment;
4. Enter your AlertPay email address in the JBP Member Area;
5. Buy and/or sponsor downline members;
6. Study and apply "Upgrade Your Brain" and the "Big Success Breakthrough" -- see "Access Our Products" in your JBP member area;
7. Make JBP's Synergy Surf (JSS) your primary moneymaker.

Q. Which parts of JBP still need to be implemented?
A. JBP's Synergy Surf (JSS) (expected to be launched by the end of July, 2010); the 3-Month Renewal System; JBP3; the Elite Bonus System. JBP should be regarded as a work-in-progress.
Q. What has been the biggest weakness of JBP?
A. Our ability to fill referral orders. We exoect that JSS will solve this problem. JSS can be expected to bring large numbers of new members into JBP. (To take advantage of JSS, members need to be upgraded JBP members.)
Q. What's JBP's biggest strength?
A. JBP's Synergy Surf (JSS).
Q. I have an AlertPay account. How do I sign up?
A. You presumably reached JBP from a referral/sales page. On that page there should be "join" links. You click on one of them and complete the join procedure.
Q. Who is Frederick Mann, referred to on some of the JBP and JSS pages?
A. Frederick Mann is one of the JBP principals and has been earning a full-time online income since 1997.
Q. When the last person on earth joins JBP, who can they possibly have as their downline, and if no downline, how can they make any money? System appears flawed to me, someone has to lose. Am I correct?
A. You're mistaken. There's no "last person on earth." About 350,000 new persons are born every day.
Q. What is so special about JBP that makes it different from other moneymaking programs?
A. The first big breakthrough is the JBP Feeder program that enables you to buy just two downline members and start earning without having to sponsor anyone. No other program we know of makes it so easy for you to make money.
The second big breakthrough is that when you buy downline members, you buy "upgraders" who have just paid JBP Admin $10 or $20. They've completed the upgrade process.
The third big breakthrough is JBP2 and JBP3 -- see under "Tutorials," "How JustBeenPaid! Level 2 Works" and "How JustBeenPaid! Level 3 Works."
The fourth big breakthrough is JBP's Synergy Surf -- see "Synergy Surf" FAQ and "JBP's Synergy Surf (JSS) Marketing" FAQ.
Q. How do I know that any downline members I buy won't be just "tire kickers?"
A. When you buy a downline member, you buy someone who has just made a $10 or $20 upgrade payment. You buy someone who has actually completed the upgrade process. This is much better than buying "any old free member," or even a member who has just promised to upgrade.
Q. I'm looking for a program where everyone will be able to make money with little or no recruiting and that will last for a while. The reason I ask about the need to recruit is because of the fact that most people will not bring in anyone to their program and as a result will lose money and then quit. How does JBP overcome these challenges?
A. Because you can buy downline members, you don't have to recruit. When you buy a downline member, you may "strike it lucky" if the downline member turns out to be a High Performer. His or her every tenth sale will also be passed up to you!
Some programs don't last very long for reasons such as matrixes that slow down and grind to a halt, members not getting into profit and quitting the program, loss of growth momentum, and promises of fixed returns that can't be maintained. If you check out JBP thoroughly, you'll find that it's not limited by any such constraints. It's designed to be long-term moneymaker, rather than a "get-rich-quick" program.
Q. What are the main benefits I get from joining JustBeenPaid!?
A. 1) You earn money when people join JustBeenPaid! with you as their sponsor, 2) You earn money when people on your first level pass up their third sale to you, 3) You earn money when people on your first level pass up their every tenth sale to you, 4) Without sponsoring anyone, you can earn money with JustBeenPaid! as a "passive participant" -- instead of sponsoring people, you can purchase downline members from the JBP Feeder at a cost starting at $5 each, 5) You have access to practically everything you need to become a successful online moneymaker.
The main/default JBP Referral page provides a summary of what's so special about JBP.
Big monetary benefits come through JBP2 and JBP3 -- see under "Tutorials," "How JustBeenPaid! Level 2 Works" and "How JustBeenPaid! Level 3 Works."
The biggest benefit will come from the money you can make with JSS.
Q. What's the JBP product -- what do I get for my money?
A. For some JBP members, the most important product is a downline of upgraded members and a list of referrals they can promote other programs to repeatedly.
JBP has four main parts, each with a product:
  1. JBP0 (free) -- Product: Upgrade Your Brain.
  2. JBP1 -- Product: The Big Success Breakthrough.
  3. JBP2 -- Product: Killer Success Tricks #1-#7.
  4. JBP3 -- Product: Killer Success Tricks #8-#?
To the degree that you implement the product information and technologies, you virtually GUARANTEE your success, not only as an online moneymaker, but in life generally.
Q. If I don't sponsor anyone, how much can I realistically expect to earn with JustBeenPaid!?
A. First, it depends on how many downline members you buy. You need just two for your JBP membership to become profitable. If over time you buy 20 downline members, you could earn over $300 a month. Second, it depends on how active your first-level downline members become. Their third and every tenth sales are passed up to you. This opens the door to unlimited earnings for you. The best way to maximize your earnings is to start sponsoring others immediately. Another approach is buy two downline members. As soon as your JBP membership is profitable, you can tell prospects that the program works and that you got paid. This should make it considerably easier for those who usually find it difficult to sponsor.

Q. If you don't have to recruit, how do you get a downline other than by buying 2 referrals for $5 each?
A. You can buy up to one referral per week, starting at a xost of just $5 each. The price of each goes up after the first 3, as specified in the Feeder Faq.
Q. $20 to $50 to start?
A. It depends on how many referrals you want to buy.
Q. I joined JBP under X, but my sponsor is Y. My sponsor should be X. Why isn't my sponsor X?
A. There could be 3 main reasons: 1) You are the 3rd sale of X, which is passed up to X's sponsor: Y; 2) You are one of X's every 10th sale, which is also passed up to X's sponsor: Y; 3) After the first 3 sales, 50% of every member's sales are used to fill open referral orders (explained in more detail in the Feeder Faq) -- in this case "Y" would be some member who bought one or more referrals, you're assigned to Y, you pay $15 to Y, and Y becomes your sponsor.
Q. One of my personal referrals upgraded but how come I didn't receive a payment from him?
A. Your third sale and every 10th sale is passed up. This could apply to your personal referral in question.
After your 3rd sale, 50% of your referrals are "sold" to fill referral purchase orders by other members. For more details on how this works, see the Feeder Faq. Your personal referral in question could have been "sold."
Q. I read that my 3rd sale is passed up to my sponsor. Is that my 3rd sale coming in from my own personal referrals or is that sale from my the 3 referrals I bought?
A. It's your 3rd sale from whatever "origin."
Q. Where in my back office can I see that my 3rd sale has been passed up to my sponsor?
A. See Passed-Up Sales. This page shows all passed-up sales, not just the third sale. In addition to being listed in the menu, there is a link to it on the JBP downline page.
Q. HOW DOES YOUR SPONSOR GET PAID IF YOU NEVER GET A THIRD PERSON?
A. You pay JBP Admin $20 every 3 months, of which $15 is paid to your sponsor. The 3rd person you pass up to your sponsor would be a "bonus" for him or her. Similarly, if you have downline members, they would pass up their 3rd sales to you, and the people passed up would pay you. Everyone passed up to you would also pass their 3rd sales up to you. This could become an endless progression! Every 10th sale of your first level downline members is also passed up to you
Q. 2 to be profitable?
A. If you spend $20 to join and sponsor 2 who upgrade and pay you $15 each, you're in profit. If you buy these 2 at a cost of $5 each, you'll essentially break even when they pay you $15 each. 3 months later you'll be in profit if they each pay you $15 again.
Q. So once you have 2 upgraded referrals, the system will pretty much do the rest to earn money on its own without you having to do any promotion?
A. It depends on how active the 2 upgraded referrals become. If they become active and pass sales up to you, your earnings will grow automatically. By "active" I mean they either buy referrals or recruit new members. If both you and they do nothing further, your earnings are likely to languish.
Q. If there is no spillover and you don't sponsor or buy members, how do you make residual income unless you have 3 and 10?
A. You have to buy or sponsor members to earn residual income.
Q. I bought some referrals and I was wondering where I can find them in the member area?
A. Click on "Referral Purchases" in the menu.
Q. I purchased downlines and don't want to promote right now. Do I have to promote?
A. No. You don't have to promote if you don't want to.
Q. What is the monthly or should I say the 3-month payment and who do you pay -- JBP or your sponsor?
A. Every 3 months you pay $20 to JBP Admin, who pays $15 to your sponsor.
Q. How much do you get from the 1st 2 recruits?
A. $15 from each every 3 months.
Q. I've been reading that the upgrade rate for JBP is about 25%. But sadly I have 22 referrals already and I have only 2 upgrades to show. Am I doing something wrong?
A. You're not necessarily doing anything wrong. It could be a "statistical fluke" or even a "normal variation." You could communicate with your referrals and tell them why they should upgrade. It's also possible that your marketing approach attracts "tire kickers."
Q. I'm in the process of signing up with JBP. I just want to know if I have to do any promoting. Advertising is hard and expensive. I read something about buying referrals. How does this help me make a profit?
A. You don't have to do any promoting if you don't want to. There are many inexpensive and free methods to advertise online. If you buy referrals, when your orders are filled, you get paid $15 by each referral. After 3 months, if your referrals renew, you get paid again get paid $15 by each referral.
Q. What kind of training do you provide?
A. If you would like to receive mentoring on any aspect of JustBeenPaid!, you're welcome to subscribe to the Bigbooster Group forum and ASK QUESTIONS!. You can also subscribe by sending a blank email to bigboostergroup-subscribe@yahoogroups.com.
Regular conference calls may be provided where you can get your questions answered. You can also invite your prospects to such calls.
Q. I'm very disappointed with online business. I've lost a lot; never made a dime. Please be honest; how long will it take me to start making some money?
A. This is a most important and revealing question. It may be appropriate to be "very disappointed with online business," because most "online businesses" are unworkable for most people who try to make money with them. However, you say nothing about your own performance. Are you satisfied or dissatisfied with your own performance?
Think of a driver intending to go on a journey, driving a car. The driver needs to be able to drive or learn to drive. The car needs to be in good condition. If the driver can't drive, the journey is a non-starter, no matter how good the car.
It will take you as long to start making money, as it takes you to become a sufficiently competent "business driver."
Q. I'm very confused about how much you can make from this program. Can you give me an explanation? How much I can make with so many people under me? I'm not good with advertisng, do you do most of the advertising? Because I notice I have people in my downline; if I upgrade before they do, do I get paid by them?
A. You have to upgrade to make money with JBP. Regarding how much, see -- under "Tutorials" -- "Theoretical Earnings Projection for JustBeenPaid!," "How JustBeenPaid! Level 2 Works," and "How JustBeenPaid! Level 3 Works." Also check out JBP's Synergy Surf (JSS).
Regarding "I'm not good with advertisng," see -- under "FAQs" -- "Marketing." We do advertising to fill orders for referral purchases.
Once you've upgraded, if you've purchased downlines or recruited people, you could get paid by them, if you upgrade before they do.
Q. How is JustBeenPaid! related to MonsterPreLaunch?
A. JBP and MPL are related in that JBP is a "back-end program" of MPL and vice versa. As a JBP member, we recommend that you also join MPL. You enter your MPL referral ID in the JBP Member Area. You also enter your JBP referral ID in the MPL Member Area.
If you join any of the other MPL back-end programs, you can have MPL automatically help build your downlines in these programs.
Q. I forgot the email address I used to join JustBeenPaid! with. What do I do now?
A. Check the messages you received when you joined. They have the subjects "JustBeenPaid! Email Verification" and "Thank you for joining JustBeenPaid!" If you no longer have these messages, try logging in with all the email addresses you've used since the time you joined JustBeenPaid!

A. You can retrieve your password here. Unless you've changed it, you can also get it from the "Thank you for joining JustBeenPaid!" message.
Q. Can I change my JustBeenPaid! email address/password?
A. Yes. Log into the Member Area and click on "Update Your Profile" in the menu. There you will be able to change your name, password and email address. (Note that the new email address will need to be verified. Changing your email address to an autoresponder or invalid address may result in cancellation of your JustBeenPaid! account.)
Q. How do I know who my sponsor is?
A. Log into the Member Area and click on "Your Sponsor" in the menu. Only upgraded members have sponsors. If you haven't upgraded yet, you won't see a such a link in the Member Area because you don't have a sponsor yet.
Q. How can I find out who is in my downline?
A. Log into the Member Area and click on "View Your Downline" in the menu. The details of your first level are provided. The other downline is your feeder downline.
Q. Why do you only show the first level of my downline?
A. The JustBeenPaid! management decided that showing more than one level requires too many system resources.
Q. If I have problems with using the JustBeenPaid! website, can I get help from you?
A. Please first try to determine if the problem is actually with our site. We receive many help requests where the problem turns out to be an error on the user's part. If you are still unable to solve the problem, you can submit a Help Request.
